Refunds Procedure

All competition entries are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

• A payment was taken in error (e.g. a duplicate payment)
• You were charged but unable to complete your entry due to a technical fault on our side
• An entry is received after the advertised closing date and time – these entries will be cancelled and refunded
• Duck Go Win Ltd cancels the competition you entered.

This ensures fairness for all participants while allowing refunds in exceptional circumstances.
